Product Overview
MITECH MVD series of industrial endoscope, based on the CMOS image sensor principle, can realize image shooting in the pipe or narrow area which can not be directly observed. And the results can be displayed with high-definition ,so as to achieve non-destructive testing. MITECH MVD series endoscope is a high-precision video electronics industry endoscope, the use of color LCD display and highly integrated CMOS image sensor to ensure that the video endoscopic image of the clear, realistic; its low power consumption, quick signal transmission speed , and easy to carry,operate. It can detect pipe or narrow spaces without tearing apart or damaging machine while not working.Cracks, welds, foreign body, wear and internal processing of parts and other circumstances can be detected with high quality images. It is widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, mechanical casting, national defense military, power production, automobile transportation and other fields, and is the important detection and monitoring equipment of industrial equipment testing and maintenance and other aspects.

Working Principle
Based on the CMOS image sensor principle,MITECH MVD industrial endoscope can collect picture information in narrow spaces. The digital signal can be transferred to the host through video signal cable plugged in pipe, thus to achieve picture display and storage.The oriented joints connect the probe with insert tube and the guide wire inside the joints can turn around freely in all directions controlled by mechanical device. As a result, the CMOS sensor can shoot excellent photos as required in time.

Operating Method and Attentions
Measurement
1 Boot
By pressing this key for 3 seconds it will boot or shut down(with a warning tone).Press the light adjusting key to open the LED light source, the display shows the current sensor camera shooting picture, and the instrument enters the normal measurement state.
2 Locate
Long press Lock/reset button to make the probe straight and insert it into the body to the right position;
Adjusting the oriented joints to get the right angle to shoot;
Press the Lock key to confirm position, at this time you can also fine tuning by controlling the joystick;
Adjust the brightness and zoom key to get the best image shooting;
During the process of getting to the right position, user have to make sure not to damage the sensor by adjusting the probe direction.
3 Picture and video shooting
After shooting position confirmed, you can take photos or video.
Video: By pressing this key it will start video shooting; Press it again it will stop; The recorded video will be stored in the SD card;
Photo: By pressing this key it will start to take photo;The recorded picture will be stored in the SD card;
4 Detection finishing
Long press the Lock key to make the probe straight and pull the line out of the body. Shut down the instrument.
5 Instrument storage
After the measurement,user should take out the battery and use a professional lens cloth to wipe the sensor lens.Afterwards put on the protective cover, the instrument and other components in turn into the ABS case,and the test line should be coiled in the box.
6 Charging
There are two ways of power supplying. One is to connect the AC adapter to the power supply port without battery. The other is battery charging port to charge. You can also take out the battery and charge in seat.
After booting , if the screen shows “Please change battery”, it means the battery is dying and you need to change another or connect to AC 220V. The instruction light being red and screen icons being red means charging on; and it will be fully charged within 5h. Avoid over charging in case there may be battery damage. The instrument can still work properly while charging , so as to improve working efficiency.

Maintenance and care
Don’t use the instrument if the temperature is not in -10°C~50°C in case that you may damage the probe;
Do not use or place the product in a corrosive environment;
Do not expose the product to rain. Do not place the probe in a liquid for a long time
Do not place the product near strong magnetic objects;
Do not use it if there is too much dust in the environment;
Keep the body clean and avoid scratching the screen;
Do not attempt to disassemble the product yourself. The repairing service is limited by the original authorized staff;
Do not operate the joystick while the wire is in circle in case it being damaged;
While shooting , make sure the brightness is OK and probe should be stable;
Before using, you should check if the battery is in or about to die;
After use, adjust the joystick to make joints straight and then pull out. Avoid pulling hard because that may lead to damage to the probe;
After use, do not soak the product, the soft cloth can be used to clean the probe and mirror host, and then into the ABS case, so as not to cause corrosion or damage to the instrument;
The mirror and monitor are not allowed to be squeezed, impacted to prevent unnecessary damage. When the device is not in use, be sure to remove the battery to prevent damage to the battery and corrode the instrument. -
